Now this has got you thinking that Hogwarts Realm is a futuristic Hogwarts RPG which is true, but I bet what you didn't know is that the plot carries on from the end of The Goblet of Fire making lots of characters that died in The Order of The Phoenix, The Half Blood Prince and Deathly Hallows still alive [See Cannon List/Book Characters Below] also even some of the Marauders have children! So if you like playing a Marauder Character, whats to stop you doing so? Its the year 2023, Harry Potter and his friends are all in their 40's and getting rather old now. Lavender Finnegan has been appointed Headmistress of Hogwarts for her loving and caring ways- Unfortunately, it seems her love will be needed soon. Someone in the school is creating some kind of stir amoungst the students but never in the way that anyone has seen before; It seems its no longer that the houses, Gryffindor, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff are united together against the Slytherins. No. It is now a group of select students from each house turning on their housemates, and anyone else who crosses their path. They always seem to be in such a happy state, could it be that they are under the influence of The Greater Good? [center][u]Many things are about to change now that the fifth founder has finally come to Hogwarts.[/u][/center] [/size][/font][/blockquote][/b] [b][u][font=Georgia][size=3]CLASSES AND EXAMS?[/size][/u][/font][/b] [size=1]On some Harry Potter RPGs you have to attend all classes and Exams to get to next year, here at Hogwarts Realm all we ask is that you take three or more subjects of your choice and make sure you attend those classes, otherwise whats the point of it being Hogwarts? [/size] [b] [u][font=Georgia][size=3]HOUSE POINTS AND QUIDDITCH?[/size][/font][/u][/b] [size=1]House Points can be awarded to students by staff at anytime, there is a thread where at the end of each lesson a teacher can post a list of all their house points awarded. As well as being able to be awarded house points during a roleplay thread, every thread that gets 50 posts, 50 house points are awarded to every member of that thread. The Quidditch Total also adds to the House Points so whoever wins the Quidditch Cup has a good chance of winning the house cup. Also, Hogwarts Realm have a very oddly set out Quidditch Pitch, instead of an oval shape it is a circle, and in each quarter of the circle is each house, therefore making it so during a Quidditch Match all houses are playing against each other at the same time.
